To provide the highest quality support while maintaining healthy professional boundaries, communication between sessions is reserved for scheduling and administrative matters only.

Abbie Lee’s office hours are 11 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday, and the email inbox is not monitored on the weekends. On weekdays, the office will reply to email inquiries within 48 hours.

Sessions will take place during scheduled Zoom or phone appointments rather than through text messages, emails, or direct messages.

Your growth happens both during and between sessions. Abbie Lee encourages you to reflect on your conversations, complete any agreed-upon exercises, & build a strong personal support system rather than relying solely on your work together.

Abbie Lee welcomes honest communication throughout your time working together.

If something isn't meeting your needs or you have questions about your work, Abbie Lee encourages you to bring it into session so you can address it collaboratively.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the full session fee.

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.

While Abbie Lee makes every effort to keep all scheduled appointments, unforeseen circumstances may require her to reschedule.

If this happens, Abbie Lee will notify you as soon as possible & work with you to find the next available appointment that accommodates both of your schedules.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received.

All purchases are final. Due to the time, preparation, & scheduling involved in providing services, refunds are not offered once payment has been received, except where required by applicable law.

If you have questions before booking, Abbie Lee encourages you to reach out beforehand so you can make an informed decision about whether her services are the right fit for you.

Sessions are not routinely recorded. However, if you would like a recording for your personal reference, you may request one prior to the start of your session.

Recordings are provided at Abbie Lee’s discretion & only with the knowledge & consent of everyone involved.

These recordings are intended solely for your personal use & may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without Abbie Lee’s written permission.

From time to time, clients may voluntarily participate in recorded demonstrations, interviews, or provide written testimonials.

These recordings, photographs, videos, and testimonials may be used for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes, including on Abbie Lee’s website, social media platforms, & other business materials.

If you do not wish for your image, voice, likeness, or testimonial to be used in any marketing or promotional materials, you must notify Abbie Lee prior to participating in any recorded session, demonstration, interview, or testimonial.

By voluntarily participating without notifying me otherwise, you acknowledge that you understand these materials may be used for business & promotional purposes.

Participation in recordings or testimonials is always voluntary & has no impact on the services you receive.

By booking & participating in services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.

You understand that participation is voluntary & that meaningful results depend on your own commitment, participation, and implementation.

Abbie Lee reserves the right to update these policies at any time, & continued use of Abbie Lee’s services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Your privacy is important.

Personal information shared through inquiries, bookings, or sessions will be treated with care & used only to provide services, communicate about appointments, process payments, or fulfill legal & administrative obligations.

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

Abbie Lee’s services are intended for educational, coaching, personal development, &/or entertainment purposes & are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

Unless explicitly stated, your work with Abbie Lee does not establish a licensed professional relationship.
